Personal Identification Data:

Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number.

Financial Assessment Data:

Responses to the URI™ quiz including estimated liquidity position, household income structure, property ownership status, and upgrade timeline.

Note: The URI™ quiz collects self-reported estimates only — not verified financial documents.

Property Information:

Details about your current and intended property, including property type, estimated value, and outstanding loan.

Technical Data:

IP address, browser type and version, device type, time zone, and operating system, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

Usage Data:

Information about how you navigate and interact with decidr.sg, including pages visited, time spent, and links clicked.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

    2. To provide property advisory services including R.I.S.E™ Framework consultations, New Launch Navigator Index™ recommendations, and Exit Strategy Blueprint™ analysis

    4. To send you educational content, market insights, and property advisory updates via email or WhatsApp, where you have consented to receive these

Your financial assessment data collected via the URI™ quiz is used solely to generate your personalised readiness score and to inform advisory recommendations. It is never sold, exchanged, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

  • URI™ assessment responses: 3 years
